Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2014 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Clay Foster, 51, who died Wednesday, February 5, 2014. Reverend Keith Landry will be officiating the services.
He is survived by his wife of three years, JoAnne Foster of Kaplan; two step-sons, Shawn Duhon and Benjamin B. Mire, both of Kaplan; one step-daughter, Alicia Schexnayder of Gueydan; three sisters, Hershal Allday of Abbeville, Jackie Vaughn of Baton Rouge, and Darlene Cormier of Kaplan; one sister-in-law, Amy L. Cormier of Kaplan; one brother, Jim Cormier of Kaplan; five step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Isreal Foster and Lizzie Mae Cormier; one brother, Ronnie Lee Cormier; and his sister, Cheryl Hebert.
