Lurinda married Numa Grover Mills on November 3, 1906. They were the parents of four children:

3. Gemmia "Gimmer" Mills Blevins (1912 - ?)
4. Galila Ferm Mills (1915 - )

Mrs L A Mills, wife of Numa Mills, died last Friday at her home at Egeria, this county, as a result of a lingering illness from tuberculosis.
The deceased was a daughter of Mr and Mrs J A Walker, of that section, and was well known thru-out the neighborhood. She is survived by her husband and four small children, the youngest being only about three months old.
Interment was made Sunday evening in the family burying ground in the presence of a large number of friends and relatives.
