McLENDON, Paul, 89, Dade City, Fla., passed away Thurday, June 7, 2007. He was born January 18, 1918, in Dublin, Ga., the son of William Wiley and Roxie Harden McLendon. He was a resident of Dade City, Fla. since 1939. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and a 60 year member of Trilby Masonic Lodge and past master. He was a retired USDA Inspector. He was preceded in death by his wife, Paytie Sue McLendon. He is survived by a daughter, Eva Sue Crochunis, Lakeland, Fla.; sons, Dale (Elaine), Dade City, Fla., William (Ann), Plant City, Fla., and Gene (Huguette), Dade City, Fla.; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday, June 11, at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 Highway 301, Dade City, Fla., with burial to follow at Floral Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
