She married Arthur D. Carr.

She married Charles Lewis. Both predecease her.

She married Joseph Birch on August 25, 1990 in Gloversville, NY. Pat worked at the General Electric Plant in Syracuse, and then became a homemaker raising eight children.

Surviving was her husband; two sons, Michael and Cathy Carr of Richville; Randy and Dawn Carr of Ogdensburg; four daughters, Pam Gotham of Hermon; Lena and Rick Gollinger of Pierrepont; Christine Carr of Hermon and Shari Carr of Hermon; a step-son Michael Birch of Canton; 50 grandchildren, 88 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; two brothers, John, and James and Joanne Coffey of Pyrites; three sisters; Shirley Coffey of Pyrites; Jeanette Reil of Fulton and Madeline Coffey of Hermon.

She was predeceased by two sons, Cleo and Terry Carr; five grandchildren; by a daughter-in-law Karen Carr, a son-in-law Leo Gotham; five brothers, Frederick, Norval, Dick, Sherman "PG" Coffey, Bernard "Bud" Coffey.
