Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday (February 7, 2014) at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Pastor Rick Hawks officiating. Burial will be in Andrews Riverside Cemetery in Huntington County.

Pansy was born on November 17, 1942 in Joplin, Missouri, daughter of Jess and Ellen (Burk) Foraker. She graduated from Huntington High School in 1960. She married Donald R. Williams on July 3, 1960 in Andrews. She was a member of the Gone to Pieces Quilting Club in Fort Wayne. She attended church at The Chapel in Fort Wayne.
Pansy is survived by her husband of 53½ years - Donald R. Williams of Fort Wayne; three daughters - Debra K. (Gregg) Stouder of Fort Wayne, Diana L. (Everett Avara) Oswalt of Fort Wayne, and Joni R. (Jason) Landers of Columbia City; two sisters - Geneva Buehl of Battle Creek, Michigan and Imogene (Sammy) Smith of Chattanooga, Tennessee; one brother William (Sharon) Foraker of Huntington; and two granddaughters - Sarah Rae Landers and Brooke Elizabeth Landers, both of Columbia City. Her parents, two sisters, and one brother precede her in death.
