Minden, La
Aug. 4, 1921
The sad news was received on Tuesday morning of the death of one Charlotte, infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lunsford, occurring in Homer, La. Mr. and Mrs. Lunsford had taken the child to that city for medical attention from Dr. Gibson, who was a family physician of Mrs. Lunsford and one well versed in the diseases of children. The news received cast a sadness over the people of Minden for this dear little child, while only nine months of age was much loved, not only for its self but because of the love and esteem, which was borne by its devoted parents.
