COUCH, MARY R. 69, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2005. A native of Perry County, KY, she was a retired deputy clerk for the State Drivers License Division. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chadwick Couch. Survivors include her son, Derrick Couch (Marleny); grandchildren, Derrick II and Briana; sisters, Geneva Hughes and Ellen Sue Rader; and her brother, Thomas Rader Sr. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bernard Catholic Church, with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Resthaven Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
