Terry Lee Tripp, 52, Belle Fourche died Friday, Nov. 4, 2005, at Spearfish Regional Hospital, Spearfish.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Pine Slope Cemetery in Belle Fourche with P.J. Cook officiating.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Kline Funeral Chapel in Belle Fourche.

A memorial has been established by his family.

Terry was born April 9, 1953, in Spearfish, to William Turner Tripp and Helen J. Tripp. He graduated from Belle Fourche High School. He worked as a plumber and carpenter in housing maintenance.

He enjoyed night sky watching with his telescope. He was an amateur photographer and took some amazing pictures of sunsets. Terry enjoyed motorcycle riding and just driving his car and listening to his favorite music. He was a lover of animals. He fed all the little stray animals in the neighborhood, including cats and raccoons. Terry loved spending time with family and friends and Mittens, his cat. He also wrote poetry.

He is survived by his mother, Helen J. Tripp, brother, Ellis Sr. and Mary Lou Tripp, all of Belle Fourche; sister, Sandra and William Redman, Gordon, Neb.; eight nephews and eight nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, William T. Tripp; brother-in-law, Michael Starr, and one niece, Courtney Starr.
