He was welcomed by six brothers at the farm 3 miles north of Guelph, ND, later to be joined by one more brother. Frank was a dairy man who loved animals and kept an accurate family history of all the dairy animals at the Maddock Farm. After graduating in 1968, Frank joined the Navy in Sept. 1968. He served in the Pacific Theatre on the US Ranger & US Midway with his brother Jim in Vietnam waters. He married Brenda Tibbett and from this marriage three daughters were born. He worked in VA, then moved to CA where he was employed as a Printer. In 1987, he moved to Bismarck where he became known as one of the best bartenders in Bismarck. He was employed at O'Brian's, Army's, and Sideline's - where he had a million dollar bar three years in a row. Frank then went to work at the VFW and AMVETS. He was last employed at Walmart. Frank was diagnosed in late December with cancer in his lung and spine. Frank taught CCD for many years at Ascension Church. Many of his students came back to him and thanked him for his guidance. He always gave to others before giving to himself. He often said "I'm here to give to others" and raised his girls to do the same.
