Mrs. Anna Maria Burghart, 45, died at her home, 804 North Monroe street, Sunday. She was born in Topeka and spent her entire life here.

She is survived by her husband, George Burghart; six children, Elizabeth, Florence, Pauline, Francis, Leroy, and Georgene Burkhart, of Topeka; three brothers, Joseph P. Jacobs, Topeka, Mcihael Jacobs, Billings, Mont., and Peter Jacobs, Denver, Col.; and five sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Schmidt and Mrs. Catherine Stevens, Denver, Col., Mrs. Margaret Hefner, Mrs. Barbara Booker and Mrs. Pauline Stolte, of Topeka.

Funeral services will be at St. Joseph's Catholic church at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning. Her body will lie in state at her home. Burial will be in Mount Calvary cemetery.
