Molly Nell Rumsey age 80 of Bastrop, Texas born on September 30, 1933 passed away Saturday February 1, 2014.
Nell was preceded in death by her husband John Norris "Mickey" Rumsey, son William Wesley "Will" Rumsey; parents, Oscar Wesley Ballard and Della Jewell (Beaver) Ballard and brother Wesley Jr. Ballard.
Survivors include her daughter Lisa Miller and husband Mike of Bastrop; grandchildren Holly and husband Derek Foster, Laci and Mackensie Miller, Taylor Miller and wife Sara Lynn; great grandchildren Lily and Cooper Foster, and Aydin Martinez; sister Jane Wyatt and husband James and numerous family and friends.
Upon retirement from Xetel Coorporation Nell enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and hours of fishing with Mickey on the lakes.
Visitation will be from 6-8 Tuesday evening February 4, 2014 at Marrs-Jones Newby, 505 Old Austin Hwy. Bastrop, Texas. The funeral services will be held 2pm Wednesday February 5, 2014 at the Chapel of Marrs- Jones Newby in Bastrop with a private interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
