Mr. Benjamin Ellis of Marianna, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday January 5th in the Signature Health Care Center at the Mill Pond in Marianna. He was 95, a native of Jackson County, an Army Veteran and retired from the Railroad.
He was the brother of the late Mrs. Roberta Pressley.
Graveside services will be held Friday January 13th at 2:00P.M. at the Orange Hill Cemetery in Marianna with the Reverend Ronald D. Mizer, pastor of Saint James AME Church, Marianna, FL, officiating. Military Honors will be performed by the U. S. Army Honor Guards.
All services are under the directions of Christian Memorial Chapel of Graceville.
He is survived by one son, Benjamin Ellis, Jr. of Dothan, Alabama and several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
