Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 5 in Grimes-Plummer Funeral Chapels for Steven Paul Mays, 18 of San Antonio, with Rev. Kenneth F. Brown officiating. Interment was held in the Garden of Memories. He passed away Friday in the Medical Center Hospital. Born Aug 12, 1964, in Kerrville, he had resided in Clovis, N.M. before moving to San Antonio 11 years ago. Survivors include his parents Bunny and Janice Mays of San Antonio; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Evelyn Mays of Ingram, his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Tommie Lawrence of Ingram and two sisters, Mrs. Diane Hubley of San Antonio and Mrs. Sharon Portis of Shertz.
