TABLE GROVE -- Frances I. Farr, 73, of Table Grove died at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 1994, at McDonough District Hospital in Macomb.
Born Dec. 4, 1920, in Macomb to Perry and Gertrude Counselman Crick, she married Hugh Farr on Sept. 1, 1940, in Ipava. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Don (Patricia) Rittenhouse of Moline; three sons, Marshall of Danville, Don of Table Grove and Dennis of Springfield; and eight grandchildren. One sister preceded her in death.
She was a member of Table Grove Community Church, where she was a deaconess.
She was a member of Fulton County Home Bureau for 45 years. She was a member of Table Grove Rebekah Lodge, Table Grove American Legion Auxiliary Post 413 and Table Grove Fire Department Auxiliary. She was a 4-H leader for 15 years and served as an election board judge.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at her church. The Rev. Larry Lippert will officiate. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Shawgo Memorial Home in Astoria, with a Rebekah Lodge service at 8 p.m. Burial will be in Ipava Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Table Grove American Legion Post 413.
