Services for Hilrie A. Tuggle 80-year-old resident of 828 East 18th St., will be Sunday afternoon at Fuqua Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in East End Cemetery in Cadiz.
The hour of the services will be announced later.
Mr. Tuggle died at his home at 3am today of an apparent heart attack. He had been ill about a week.
A native of Trigg County, he was born Jan. 26, 1866, the son of the late Abner and Sudie Wilson Tuggle. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Cadiz.
A retired farmer and grocery man, Mr. Tuggle had been in this community for 20 years.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Cammie Humphries Tuggle; two daughters, Mrs. Maye Armstrong of the city and Mrs. Marjorie Hale of Covington; a brother, Joe Tuggle, of the city; two sisters, Mrs. Sudie Bush of Sturgis and Mrs. Margaret Fursley, Los Angeles, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
