Jessie was born March 24, 1926 at Webbers Falls, OK, the daughter of Wiley and Ida (Morse) Moore and died Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Muskogee.

On June 6, 1941 she married Tom "Dink" Bell in Webbers Falls. She was a homemaker and a supervisor for patient care for many years.

She enjoyed cooking, quilt making, and playing the guitar and organ. Jessie had a passion for serving Jesus and the church choir.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dink; sons, infant Lee Roy, Calvin Wayne, and Larry Don; brothers, Ray Moore, and Bill "L. D." Moore; sisters, Iva Mullins and Wilma Buck.
