Ramona Sorensen Perry, 80, died October 3, 1994 in Salt Lake City of complications of M.S. which she had endured for many years.
Born August 3, 1914 in Berlin, Wisconsin to Edward and Adeline Krueger Sorensen.
Member of the LDS Church. Graduated from Manti High School, attended Snow College and graduated from LDS Business College. Employed by Utah State Tax Commission and U.S. Corp of Engineers. Member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors for many years. Active in the BLAA Veis, a Women's Women's Auxiliary of Sons of Norway. Avid genealogist, did extensive research of Norwegian Ancestry. Married Robert Fenn Perry on February 15, 1946, who preceded her in death December 5, 1976.
Survived by four siblings: Dorothy (Ray) Cox, Manti; Mildred (Glen) Hersman, Salt Lake; Ora Mae (Preston) Hyatt, Orem; and Rey (Ardella) Sorensen, Manti; one stepdaughter, Marian Desmond of Redding, California; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 5, 1994 at 11 a.m. in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
