Kenneth Lee Savage, age 56, of Oakwood, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, January 31, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend David Martin will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 30, 2014 from 4 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Savage was born February 4, 1957 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Cleburn Savage and Dollie Mae Humphries Savage. He was employed with Scroggs-Grizzle Construction Company as a supervisor and attended Free Chapel Worship Center. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Geneva Trotter.
Mr. Savage is survived by his daughters, Christy Robinson of Dahlonega and Mandy Knowles of Oakwood, his son, Matthew Savage of Oakwood, 7 grandchildren and two sisters, Nell Archer and Katherine Adams, both of Gainesville.
