Mildred "Midge" Temple age 85 of New Freeport died Sunday, August 30, 2009 at her home.

She was born April 1, 1924 in Aleppo Township, Greene County, a daughter of the late Stoy E. and Sarah Rhome Morris. On June 18, 1945 she married Frank Temple, who died December 16, 1986.

Mrs. Temple was a homemaker and a member of the Centennial Church of God. She enjoyed traveling.

Surviving are a stepson, Frank Temple Jr. (Imogene) of Cameron, WV; three step-grandchildren, David Temple of Hedgeville, WV, Michael Temple of Kittery Maine, and Debbie Ruza of Cameron, WV; 4 step-great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-great granddaughter; two sisters, Mabel Crawford of Holbrook and Betty Jean Weaver of New Freeport; three brothers, Harry N. Morris, Jack Morris, and Herman Morris all of Holbrook; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a sister, Vada Pettit; a niece, and a great-nephew.

Friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 12 to 1:30 p.m, the hour of services on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at the Behm Funeral Home 182 West High St., Waynesburg with Rev.
