Catherine Elizabeth Landis Tuttle, 95, of Maiden, was a daughter of the late Joseph Badger Landis and Hettie Elizabeth Dellinger. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Dula Tuttle, Sr., and her son, Richard Lee Tuttle.
Catherine was a first -grade teacher, receiving her high school teaching degrees from Capital University and her primary school teaching degrees from Lenoir Rhyne College. She taught at Balls Creek School for 30 years. She enjoyed her work with first graders and received many teaching awards.
Interment in Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery, Newton.
