He is survived by his wife Melissa Melton Green; 1 son Jeremy Michael Green, Jr.,
2 daughters Summer and Autumn Green all at home; 2 brothers Tyler Clark of Glasgow and Chris Green of Bowling Green; 3 half-sisters Shelly and Wendy Green of Horse Cave and Amanda Laird (John) of Cave City. He was preceded in death by a brother.
Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday, February 1st at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Horse Cave Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11am Friday.
