Born on December 30, 1934 in Salem, she lived in Alliance most of her life.
A 1954 graduate of Alliance High School, she had attended the Freeburg Church of the Brethren.
She retired from Mt. Union College Food Service. Previously, she had been employed at Fazio's Grocery for many years.
In her past-time, she enjoyed watching the Little Aviators play football, but she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include three daughters Brenda (Robert) Peebles of Columbus, OH, Diana Wheeler of Alliance, OH and Mary Ann Sloat of Alliance, OH; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Gene Anderson on December 25, 1992, whom she married on May 23, 1956; son-in-law, Jeffery Wheeler; her parents, Leo and Esther (Reber) Stuckey; three sisters, Shirley Zigler and Audrey Rininger and her twin sister, Vanda Ellen Myers; two brothers, David Stuckey and Arthur Stuckey; and one niece and three nephews.
Interment will follow at Freeburg Cemetery.
