Hall, Phyllis J., age 76 of Bottom Lane, Moundsville, WV died Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Liza's Place, Wheeling WV.

She was born April 23, 1937 in Glen Dale, WV the daughter of the late Kinsey and Violet Butler Yoho.

She was retired from Reynolds Memorial Hospital where she worked in housekeeping, a former employee with Marx Toy Factory, and was a member of The Church of the Nazarene, Moundsville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Rockey Hall and a brother, Kermit Yoho.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Robert "Bob" L. Hall; three daughters, Bobbie (Allen) Goddard of Baltimore, MD, Peggy (Dominic) Fabrizio, and Shannon Morris all of Moundsville; four sisters, Jo Anne Lemmons, Geraldine Daughtery, Linda Auten, and Vicki Johnson; three brothers, Jerry Yoho, Larry Yoho, and Denny Yoho; six grandchildren, Robbie Sovich, Cassie Brayden, Rebecca Duley, Jodi Alig, Amanda Lawing, and Keith Morris; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11am with Rev, John Keener officiating.

Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
