Connie L. Hubbard, age 69 of Perry, passed way Monday, January 27, 2014 at her home.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 12 noon at Watkins Brothers Funeral Home, Perry Chapel. Family will greet friends on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Connie was born on April 9 2014 in Owosso, the daughter of Russell and Ruby (Beebe)Dulock Colby. She was a graduate of Perry High School, class of 1962. On March 9, 1963 she married Glen Hubbard in Perry and he predeceased her in 2008. She was the past owner of Mrs. Williams Donut Shop in Perry.
She is survived by three children; Madelynn DeeAnne Alchin, Guy(Wendy) Hubbard and Glenda (Shawn) Starr, daughter -in-law Louise Hubbard, grandchildren; Carlie (Charlie)Rockwell, Ashley Starr, Lynndee Jo (Faron)Coomer, Aurora Alchin, Jeoffrey Hubbard, Kaye Hubbard, Thomas Hubbard, Samantha Starr, Jessie, Rilee and Colton Hubbard, brothers and sisters; William (Betty) Colby, Vicki (Dale) Williams, Marie (Jim)Fike, Gegory Colby, Debbie Strachan and Rory (Sue) Colby. She was predeceased by her son Gene, son-in-law Mark Alchin and Brother Russell Colby Jr. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Perry Fire Dept.
