Born in Browning on Feb 18, 1960 to Dale Vaile and Doreen J. (Merchant) Blackweasel, she was raised by her parents Tom and Doreen Blackweasel in Browning. Frankie held many jobs but her favorite was as the VA Center Canteen Chief in Sheridan, WY. She married George Black Crow and they had returned to live in Browning recently.
A Rosary is 7 p.m. Sunday at the College Homes Building in Browning, with Mass being held at Little Flower Parish at 2 pm Monday, Jan. 27. Interment will follow in the Willow Creek Cemetery.
