She retired as a nursing assistant from Washington County Hospital, after 17 years of service. She attended Hagerstown First Church of God.
She is survived by her husband, Harry E. Blair of Hagerstown; two sons, James Bowers and Gregory Bowers, both of Hagerstown; one stepson, Bill Blair of St. Cloud, Fla.; four sisters, Margaret Shingleton and Louise Shaffer, both of Hagerstown, Betty Stottlemyer of Funkstown and Judy Smith of Beaver Creek; one brother, Melvin Scott of Hagerstown; one grandson; two stepgrandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Bowers and Jeffrey Bowers.
Services were held at the Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home, Clear Spring; burial was in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown.
