SAVANNAH - Brian R. Hendrix, 50, of Savannah died Friday, January 24, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born and raised in Savannah and was a Baptist. Brian worked for Coastal Heating and Air, Byrd's Heating and Air and enjoyed playing baseball, softball and golf. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubert and Thelma Hendrix, Ira and Gladys Riner. Survivors include his parents, James Ed and Ona Hendrix, brother, Randy and Debra Hendrix, twin brother, Barry and Tina Hendrix; nephews, Jamie, Jason and Blake Hendrix. Several aunt, uncles, other family and many friends. Visitation: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the funeral home. Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 27, 2014 in the Chapel of the Fairhaven Funeral Home Garden City Chapel with Rev. Gary Johnson officiating.
