Jo Nell Howell Parker, 66, of Dyersburg, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

She was retired from First Citizens National Bank.

She was a member of the Lighthouse Apostolic Church in Greenfield.

Jo Nell was a former employee of United Family Life and Johnson's Funeral Home.

She was an avid deer hunter.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry D. Parker, Sr. of Dyersburg; two daughters, Donna Phillips and husband, Ricky, of Dyersburg and Kimberly Parker Mills and husband, Jim, of Tiptonville; a son, Jerry D. Parker, Jr. and wife, Tammy, of McKenzie; a sister, Ann Smith of Dyersburg; a brother, Jesse L. Howell of Hopkinsville, KY; sixteen grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, David A. Parker; her parents, Noah and Edith Stringfield Howell; three sisters, Mary Holt, Sue Kitchen and Elsie Rickman; and a brother, John Howell.

Pallbearers will be Evan Parker, Zach Parker, Derek Parker, Allen Jones, Joey Blankenship and Chris Mills. Honorary pallbearer will be Jason Mills.
