Delores Anderson, 80, of Bagley, Minnesota died on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Cornerstone Nursing and Rehab in Bagley, Minnesota.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Grace Free Lutheran Church in Bagley, Minnesota with the pastor Wayne Jim Stead officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, January 31, 2014 at the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bagley Minnesota. Interment will be at Emmanuel Cemetery in Clearbrook, MN. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted with the arrangements.

Delores was born on April 23, 1933 at Benson, Minnesota the daughter of David and Ethel (Johnson) Nordeen. Delores graduated from Bagley High School in 1951. She married Severin Anderson on July 15, 1951 at Clearbrook, Minnesota. Delores worked at the Good Samaritan Center in Clearbrook as a Nurse's Aide and as a Teacher's Aid for the Bagley Schools. In November 2000, she moved to the Greensview Nursing Home where she has lived ever since. Delores was a member of the Grace Free Lutheran Church of Bagley and was involved with the Ladies Aid. Delores enjoyed working with the science department, teaching Sunday school, playing cards, sewing, baking bread, gardening, canning fruits and vegetables, eating onion sandwiches with her daughter Bev, and reading mysteries. She loved playing with her grandchildren and having family around. She was a hard-working woman and was very dedicated to her family.

She is survived by her son – Larry (Adriana) Anderson of Kansas City, Kansas Son – Douglas Anderson of Bagley, Minnesota Son – Darrel (Renée) Anderson of Park Rapids, Minnesota Daughter – Beverly (Tom) Chase of Fridley, Minnesota Brother – Leland (Maxine) Nordeen of Fargo, North Dakota Sister – Marlys Bilden of Bagley, Minnesota Seven grandchildren and two step grandchildren Numerous nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: her sister – Diane; one grandson – Caleb.
