Served his country in World War II as a member of the 78th Infantry Division, 310 Regiment. Wounded twice during the war (Battle of the Bulge), and involved in the major battle at Remagen Bridge. Worked as a master machinist for 55 years for Carey McFalls/Marathon Corp. Enjoyed Philadelphia sports teams (Phillies and Eagles).
