Phillip Yee, 76, of Los Angeles, peacefully entered into the eternal kingdom of heaven on the early morning of January 16, 2014.

Born July 22, 1937 in the city of Goung Doung, China. In his early teens, Phillip grew up in Fresno.

As he reached his early 20's, shortly after fulfilling his service in the United States Army, he was wed to Betty Yee on July 4, 1965.

Phillip and his wife, Betty, made the move to Los Angeles to start their family and future endeavors. Phillip was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, who's time on earth was truly cut short.

Phillip was an established successful business owner and philanthropist who always knew how to treat his customers right and was always known as a "Nice Guy" and "a True Gentleman."

Phillip is survived by his loving wife, Betty; his three sons, Jason, Jensen, and Jimmy; their wives, Lourdes, Patricia, and Millie; and grandchildren, Jason, Logan, Maurine, and Jamielynn.

A funeral service is set for Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sky Rose Chapel at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Road, Whittier. The viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 5:00-8:00 p.m. in a visitation stateroom at the Rose Hills Memorial Park Visitation Building.
