Reba Jarrett Hodge, 93, of Lookout, West Virginia, formerly of Beech Glenn, passed away Monday, Dec. 1, 2008.
Born June 17, 1915, in Greenview, she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Clara Kirk Jarrett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mangus Hodge; two sons, Edwin and Charles; four brothers, Orville, Hartford, Herman and Martin; three sisters, Elsie James, Grace Hinkle and Edith Burdette; and her great-granddaughter, Stephanie Hodge.

She was a member of Boomer Church of Christ.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ann and Bill Williams, with whom she resided; one brother and sister-in-law, Anderson and Irene Jarrett of Waverly, Tenn.; seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved and was loved by.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley. Burial will follow in the Hodge Cemetery in Artiem, Raleigh County, West Virginia.

Great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may gather with the family two hours prior to the service.
