Messrs Frank, Chas and Ferd Anders of Houston were here Tuesday to attend the funeral of their mother Mrs. Franz Anders, which occurred that afternoon.

Mrs. Franz Anders, living about a mile east of the city, died suddenly Monday evening at 6 o’clock only a few hours after the marriage of her daughter, Millie to Mr. Barton of Weimar. Deceased has suffered with asthma for a number of years and it is thought this with the exciment [sic] was the cause of her sudden death. She has been a resident of this county for about 30 years. Interment took place in the Catholic Cemetery Tuesday afternoon.
