Andrew J. DICKEY, aged eighty-one years, four months, and eighteen days, died at his home near Doans last Friday of pneumonia and was buried in the Kentucky Ridge Cemetery Sunday. No funeral sermon was preached. He had been married twice and was the father of eleven children, nine of which with the second wife, survive him.
He came here from Ohio and located in Taylor Township in 1853, and has followed the business of blacksmithing, milling and farming.
