Clyde was the son of Clyde C. Noel, Sr. and Lois Wright Noel. He married Beverly Ann Baer on Sept. 2, 1995 in the Box community. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lisa Garcia; and 2 brothers, James Edward Noel and Jerry Carl Noel. Service will be held Jan. 28, 2014 at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home with interment at Box Cemetery.
