Albert Carle Allam, born November 30, 1920, is the son of Walter David and Elsie Florence (nee Horning) Allam of Greenbush, Michigan. He was the beloved husband of Gladys Marvella (nee Paad) Allam formerly of Alpena, Michigan who preceded him in death in 1992. He is the brother of Laura (nee Allam) Sabol of Traverse City, Michigan and brother-in-law of Amelia Paad of Alpena, Michigan. He was also preceded in death by Leona (nee Herndon) Allam in 2008. He was preceded in death by his siblings Edward, Arthur, David, Ann, Douglas, and Ada Jean. and Dennis and Janelle Sorrell. He was a the loving father, grandfather and great grandfather. Albert was an active member of Faith Baptist Church in Warren, Michigan, participating in the choir, on the deacon board, and taught Sunday school classes for young boys. He was a soloist at the church for many years. While living in the Oscoda area, Mr. Allam was an active member of the Oscoda Baptist Church and later an active member of the Calvary Baptist Church of Mikado Michigan for many years. He was a Sunday school teacher, soloist and bus driver for the church and enjoyed serving the Lord as he was needed. Mr. Allam, a graduate of Palmer School of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, with God's help, used his knowledge and skill to help many pastors, missionaries, friends and family. He is survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
