PLS NOTE: This solider is from Will County, so his family prob did place a marker, or the veteran's assoc there placed a marker, He is at Annapolis National prob in a mass grave. I'm only placing this here because there is a photo request, please inform me after placing the photo so I can put him back at Annapolis.
