Mrs. Emma Wilhite, 66, died Wednesday,
July 15, at the Cullman
Hospital at 3:07 a. m., following a
lengthy illness. Funeral services
were set for Friday, July 17, at 2:00
p. m., at Flint Creek church, with
Rev. Sam Calvert officiating and
Drinkard in charge of interment in
the adjoining cemetery. The body
will lie in state at the Drinkard
Funeral Home until time of services.
Surviving are the husband. Jasper
Wilhite; two daughters, Mrs. G.
A. Burkes and Miss Mamie Belle
Hollis; five brothers, Z. B., Luther,
R. D., Jim and Pete Couch; five sisters,
Mrs. Nola Williams, Mrs. Martha
King, Mrs. Minnie Belle Runge.
Mrs. Jenny Corley, Mrs. Lula Morris;
two grandchildren, Mrs. J. R.
Frawley and Mrs. M. W. Frawley.
Active pallbearers will be: Roscoe
Holmes, Ernest Drake. Arthur
Drake. Whit Drake. R. E. Burke
and J. R. Frawley.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Roscoe
Wilhile. Amel Drake and Claude Drake.
