QUITMAN — Services for Terri Lynn Milstead Cook will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tony Cullum officiating. Burial will be in Stonewall Cemetery.
Mrs. Cook, age 44, of Stonewall, died Saturday, August 19, 2006, in Meridian. She graduated from Mississippi State University where she received a degree in math education. She taught at Quitman Junior High, Northwest Junior High School, Northeast Lauderdale, West Hills Middle School in South Jordan, Utah. She currently was an educator at Southeast Lauderdale High School.
She was involved in many community activities and wrote a weekly article for The Clarke County Tribune called "The Stonewall Chatter." She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she taught Sunday school, worked with youth and was involved with many other church activities.
Survivors include her son, Bradley Addair Cook and his wife, Kristen, of Pataskala, Ohio; her parents, Virginia and T.D. Milstead of Stonewall; a brother, Eddie D. Milstead and his fiancé Jennifer Phillips and a nephew, Conner Wilson Milstead, all of Stonewall.
