Brian Keith Chambers, 49, died Friday, January 17, 2014, as a result of an automobile accident. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m., Friday, January 24, 2014, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with burial to follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Father Ernesto Elizondo will officiate. Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m., Thursday, at Memorial Oaks Chapel.

Brian was born in Houston, Texas, to Tommy Lee and Margie (Wassermann) Chambers. He was a graduate of Brenham High School and Blinn College. Brian was employed as a salesman for Chappell Hill Sausage Co. Brian treasured time spent with his family, most especially his nieces, and was fond of joking with his friends and family. Woodworking was a favorite hobby. He enjoyed his job and spending time with his work associates. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Chambers; grandparents: Amy and John Chambers, and Emil and Wanda Wassermann; and several aunts and uncles, and a cousin.

Survivors include his mother, Margie Chambers; brothers, Lance Chambers and wife, Amanda, of Brenham, and Roger Chambers and wife, LeeAnn, of Burton; nieces, Kinsey and Kendall Chambers; aunts and uncles: Arbie Wassermann, Marcy and Henry Hendrickson, Virginia Head, TommyLu Chambers, and Anita Chambers; and numerous other relatives and friends.
