Gary Lee Orem lived in Pratt, KS his entire life. He graduated from Pratt High School in 1977 and worked in the Oil Field industry. He loved nature and animals. He wanted to relocate to Colorado eventually, but never got the chance. He was extremely kind hearted and would give you his last dollar if you asked for it. He opened his home to anyone who needed help. He was a good listener and helped many of his friends make it through life. He was a super brother and hung around his sister, Karla in high school. They ran in the same crowd, and were best friends. He was a loving son and respected his parents authority even when punishment was given for no reason. He loved to laugh and be silly with his friends. He loved a practical joke. He was loyal to his family and friends and would stand by them no matter what. He had many friends. At his funeral, there was standing room only...and barely that. He was loved by many...I only wish they would have shown him more of that love while he was alive because he didn't know how much he was loved and respected. I wish he could have...
