JAMES D. NEWLIN, 54, of Fayetteville, Pa., was pronounced dead at Chambersburg Hospital, troopers said.
The 17-year-old driver of the pickup, a 1993 Toyota Tacoma, and a 16-year-old passenger were wearing seatbelts and were not injured in the crash, which was reported at 9:19 p.m., troopers said. The driver failed to yield the right of way when turning left into Rutter's Farm Store at the intersection of Anthony Highway and Lincoln Way East and struck the 1994 XLH-1200 Harley-Davidson that Newlin was riding west, troopers said.
