FLOSSIE CUNNINGHAM, affectionately known as Pansey Mae was born August 10, 1932 in Hemingway, South Carolina to the late Paul and Sally (Wilson) Durant.

She attended Williamsburg County School. She left South Carolina and moved to North Carolina where she continued her education at Durham North Carolina High School. Aossie was united in marriage in 1952, to the late Grover Cunningham Sr., from this union three children were born. Flossie was employed by Volley hospital, Ridgewood, NJ and retired after 35 years of service.

One son, Grover Cunningham Jr., two grandsons, Shannon Cunningham and Allen Lamont Brown, sisters, Sarah Duffy, Rosa Davis, Catherine Scott, Polly Cyrus, Nancy McKnight and Clara Jones, three brothers Solomon, Henry and Thomas Durant, who
preceded her in death.

Those who remain to grow from being loved by her are her daughter's, Prophetess Dorothy Cunningham—Hill, Clevaughn Cunningham-Brown, Lucille Allen, Delores Campbell, son-in-law, Allen Brown, sister Lucille Miller, brothers John (Buddy) and Willie Durant, sister—in—law Gladys Durant. Her grandchildren that she loved so much, Alecia Jones, Shawn Cunningham, Bishop Turron Cunningham, Natasha Ginn, Tanisha Cunningham, Nakiea Cunningham, Donald Hill Jr., Joshua Harrell, Anthony, Diamond, Rashad, Gena-Sorai, Joseph, and Vinson Brown, Jahvor Williams, Melvin Bennett and Shaquillo Beason, sixteen great grandchildren, and two great- great-grandchildren.
