Mrs. Bertie Williams, 87, of 532 Sultana Drive, Fitzgerald, Ga. died December 24, 1996, at her residence.
Mrs. Williams was born in Forsyth County, February 23, 1909, to Perry Duncan and Linnie Rackley Youngblood.

She was a member of Northside Baptist Church of Fitzgerald.

Survivors include: son, Robert W. Youngblood of Fitzgerald; two daughters: Tiny Ruth Giddens and Charlotte W. Tanner; and one brother: Louis F. Youngblood of Columbus; sisters, Catherine Y. Patterson of Cordele and Clara Mae Crenshaw of Doublerun; 10 grand children; 16 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at the Burch-Hudson Funeral Home. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery.
