Frances Helen Adams, 83, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville.

The daughter of John and Helen Danford, she was born December 29, 1930 in Hartford, KS.

She married Hoyle Dean Adams, on November 5, 1954 at Kansas City, MO and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Baker's Creek Baptist Church in Russellville. Frances enjoyed quilting, sewing, crocheting, and especially spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Bill, Jim and Johnny Danford; and six sisters, Margaret Henkle, Alice Freeman, Mary Hayes, Betty Smith, Edith Danford and Joyce Danford.

Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Hoyle Adams; son, Leon Adams and wife, Sheryl of Wylie, TX; daughter, Darlys Adams and husband, Norbert Lopez of Phoenix, AZ; two brothers, Frank Danford of Burlington, KS, Homer and Charlene Danford of Gridly, KS; four grandchildren, Matthew Adams, Brandon Adams, Rebecca Tyler, and Nicholas Jacaruso; one great-grandson, Boston Tyler; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 24, 2014 at Bakers Creek Baptist Church in Russellville. Rev. Joe Yates will officiate. Burial will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Russellville by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM, on Thursday, at the funeral home.
