Shannon was born on September 1, 1976 to Yvonne Paulette McKenzie & James Harris King-Robinson, Sr in Woodbury, NJ. She was educated in the school systems of West Deptford and Penns Grove, NJ from where she graduated in 1994.
Shannon was affectionately known as Shanlove and ShanBan. She enjoyed writing poems, singing and pulling pranks or jokes on people. Shannon always made you feel like family. She always kept a smile on someone's face whether she just met them or knew them for years. Even through hard times, she always displayed her bright smile and dimple.
Shannon was preceded in death by her daughter Taj'Area Secoya Carter. She will forever be remembered by her devoted daughter, Shantae Marie Robinson of Elkton, MD; loving mother Yvonne Paulette McKenzie (Johnny) of Elkton, MD; loving father James H.
