Mattie was a mother of six children, 2 girls and 4 boys. She was a devout christian and preacher. Mattie was well liked and loved by many, always full of joy, spreading the word of God to all that came to meet her, noone was a stranger in her eyes. I was fortunate to be raised by my Granny, she loved me and she also taught me many things that I still believe in to this day, I learn to cook, clean and have moral values with many decisions I made in life even the mistakes. She willl always be my guardian angel, and it was very hard to lose her, but her memory will remain in my heart forever..
