Cyrus Kyle Nelson, 17, of Dawsonville died Monday in Cumming from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
A native of Lumpkin County, he attended North Forsyth High School, where he played on the football team. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his parents, Larry and Linda Nelson, both of Dawsonville; sister, Nikki Nelson, Dawsonville; and grandparents Ralph Nelson, Cumming, and Alton and Mary Stapler, Alpharetta.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2005, at McDonald and Son Funeral Home. The Rev. Steve Fowler and the Rev. Jerry Brown will officiate. Burial will be in Sawnee View Gardens.
