THE LATE RAILROAD ACCIDENT

A coroner's inquest on the death of Joseph Brabec, who was killed at the railroad crossing on Tuesday night, was held on Wednesday evening by Deputy Coroner Eastey with the following jury: H. D. Perkins, W. K. F. Vila, J. R. Hatcher, J. H. Nagler, George Warren and P. Bradley.

After a careful examination of a number of witnesses the jury returned the following verdict:

"We, the jury in the case of the death of Joseph Brabec, from the evidence produced, find that the deceased was accidentally killed by a train of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway company on the 25th day of November, 1879, and from said evidence, the Railway company took all necessary precautions to prevent such accident."
