Colleen Anne Clark Haslam Campbell 06/25/29 ~ 01/11/03 Colleen, age 73, our loving mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend passed away Saturday, January 11, 2003 from Sepsis. She was born June 25, 1929 in Miami, Arizona to Monroe Harrison and Josephine Owen Clark. She married Byron Thomas Haslam in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on November 18, 1949. Byron preceded her in death on April 25, 1998. She later married Norval T. Campbell in the Jordan River LDS Temple on July 1, 2000. Colleen was a faithful member of the church. She served in many leadership positions. She also loved crafts and making special gifts for her loved ones. She is survived by her husband, sons and daughter: Randal C. (Karen) Haslam; D. Scott (Judi) Haslam; Craig L. (Diana) Haslam; Connie Haslam (Steve) Marshall; Robert G. (Misti) Haslam; Step son and daughter: N. Ray (Judy) Campbell; Carol I. Campbell (Ron) Nelson; 23 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nine step grandchildren;13 step great grandchildren; sister and brother, Phillis Banks and Robert Clark. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 21, 2003 at 12 noon in the Rose Park 5th Ward, 1200 North Boy Scout Drive (1200 West).
